Practice ICs on DI Support

Team Managers can find practice ICs on the new support forum at www.disupport.org Also, on the Northern Regional page of INDIana (which is located at the left in the links section) you will find the link to the FarNorthDI page that our Illinois affilate publishes. Let me know if you have trouble finding these ICs. Remember there is no interference in IC. You can stop your team mid challenge if you see they need help. Then do the IC again and see what happens. Always debrief with the team after an IC practice. This is your chance to teach them what works in the area of team dynamics, structures, time management, use of materials and so forth.
