Team Manager's Training/Bison Round-up

We had a really fun day today in Bourbon. We were able to watch the bison getting their immunizations (out the window) eat some good food and learn how to manage a team all in the same day! Team managers from Frontier and West Noble attended and they were especially excited to try an Instant Challenge for the first time. Thanks to Denise for coming and sharing her depth of knowledge in teaching teams the process with IC practice. IC is the heart of the program and its process. There is no interference in IC. IC allows you to assist the teams in learning skills and polishing performance technique. Denise also gave great tips on learning more about your team's dynamic by watching how they handle various aspects IC.
